Recently bought a Honda CRV from Tony, exactly as advertised, but as we were going on holiday and couldn’t pick it up, Tony offered to hold it till we returned on our return , when we returned the car was waiting all valeted and he even topped up the petrol . Best service ever from a dealer I have ever had, nothing too much trouble. Would definitely go back and will recommend to friends, keep up the good work.

Tom was very pleasant and easy to deal with, even picked me up from the railway station. He was also very understanding and patient as I had a problem with my funds when my building society delayed payment into my personal account, luckily they arrived just as Tom was about to take me back to the railway station. I purchased a lovely 2014 CR-V 2.0VTEC with very low mileage and full service history. I took the car on our family holiday the very next day to the Yorkshire Dales and it drove perfectly. A month later and over 1000 miles later it is a pleasure to drive. I would have no difficulty recommending Tom and BMC Specialist Cars to anyone.

Very straightforward, friendly professional service. Tom took the time to explain all the controls and features of the car I test drove and ended up buying, and gave me plenty of time to look over the car for myself. I recently bought a Honda Civic from BMC Specialist Cars, and I couldn’t be happier. The car was exactly as advertised — it was actually much better in person than in the photos, something which is rare when looking at used cars! Tom made the whole process effortless. His knowledge of Hondas is extensive, and he’s refreshingly honest and straightforward.Tom is the kind of seller you hope to deal with, he's friendly, patient, and genuinely passionate about the cars he offers. This was my first Honda and my first time buying from BMC, but the quality of the car and the service has completely won me over. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next purchase.

I looked at the photos, watched the video and read the reviews. Tom is one of those truly genuine people you come across only occasionally in life. He's genuine, honest and very humble. From start to finish, he offers and delivers a top rate service. He does all the due diligence on each vehicle. If its not to his standards, then hes not going to be selling it to you. I purchased a great low mileage hybrid from him. FSH, well maintained, all the paperwork to back up the history, 12 months M.o.t and in immaculate condition. I did a 300 mile round trip, twice, to get this car. If was worth all the effort. Im more than happy with this car. And its all thanks to BMC SPEALIST CARS.THANK YOU TOM 😊

AFTER SEEING SEVERAL HONDA CRV NEAR US IN STOKE ON TRENT- WE CAME ACROSS TOMS CARS IN BERKLEY.WE SAW ONE IN PARTICULAR AND TRAVELLED ALL THE WAY DOWN TO VIEW.TOM WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON HONDA AND HAD VAST EXPERIENCE ON HONDAS.WE PAID A DEPOSIT AND AGREED ON A COUPLE OF MINOR THINGS TO BE SORTED.A WEEK LATER WE COLLECTED THE CAR.I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH HOW HONEST TOM IS -IM AN EX ENGINEER AND MY PASSION IS CARS.WE HAVE HAD THIS 2014 HONDA CRV 2.2 EX FOR SEVERAL MTHS NOW AND I CAN EASILY SAY ITS A DELIGHT TO DRIVE.THE SPEC IS TOP OF THE RANGE AND THE QUALITY IS FANTASTIC.ONLY SLIGHT DISSAPOINTMENT IS THE MPG IS A BIT LOW.HOWEVER I WOULD GLADLY TRAVEL THAT DISTANCE IN THE FUTURE TO BUY FROM TOM AGAIN.HONEST,KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GENUINELLY A NICE PERSON.WE BOUGHT IT IN JULY 2025.I URGE PEOPLE TO TRAVEL TO SEE TOMS CARS THEY WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED.THERE WAS A SLIGHJT PROBLEM WITH TYRES LEAKING WHICH TOM PAID FOR RE-FURB OF TWO WHEELS TO STOP THE LEAK.

From being welcomed on our arrival to leaving with a new car Tom was wonderful to be with. Fully shown around the car before taking a test drive where myself and son were able to fully examine and test everything on the car. Tom was able to complete all the paperwork for use so we were able to drive away that same morning. I have to say it was the most pleasant and friendly purchase of a car I've ever had. Will certainly look here first for my next Honda, thank you.
