Very straightforward, friendly professional service. Tom took the time to explain all the controls and features of the car I test drove and ended up buying, and gave me plenty of time to look over the car for myself. Really good, easy buying experience, relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Tom!

I recently bought a Honda Civic from BMC Specialist Cars, and I couldn’t be happier. The car was exactly as advertised — it was actually much better in person than in the photos, something which is rare when looking at used cars! Tom made the whole process effortless. His knowledge of Hondas is extensive, and he’s refreshingly honest and straightforward.Tom is the kind of seller you hope to deal with, he's friendly, patient, and genuinely passionate about the cars he offers. This was my first Honda and my first time buying from BMC, but the quality of the car and the service has completely won me over. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next purchase.

I looked at the photos, watched the video and read the reviews. Tom is one of those truly genuine people you come across only occasionally in life. He's genuine, honest and very humble. From start to finish, he offers and delivers a top rate service. He does all the due diligence on each vehicle. If its not to his standards, then hes not going to be selling it to you. I purchased a great low mileage hybrid from him. FSH, well maintained, all the paperwork to back up the history, 12 months M.o.t and in immaculate condition. I did a 300 mile round trip, twice, to get this car. If was worth all the effort. Im more than happy with this car. And its all thanks to BMC SPEALIST CARS.THANK YOU TOM 😊

AFTER SEEING SEVERAL HONDA CRV NEAR US IN STOKE ON TRENT- WE CAME ACROSS TOMS CARS IN BERKLEY.WE SAW ONE IN PARTICULAR AND TRAVELLED ALL THE WAY DOWN TO VIEW.TOM WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON HONDA AND HAD VAST EXPERIENCE ON HONDAS.WE PAID A DEPOSIT AND AGREED ON A COUPLE OF MINOR THINGS TO BE SORTED.A WEEK LATER WE COLLECTED THE CAR.I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH HOW HONEST TOM IS -IM AN EX ENGINEER AND MY PASSION IS CARS.WE HAVE HAD THIS 2014 HONDA CRV 2.2 EX FOR SEVERAL MTHS NOW AND I CAN EASILY SAY ITS A DELIGHT TO DRIVE.THE SPEC IS TOP OF THE RANGE AND THE QUALITY IS FANTASTIC.ONLY SLIGHT DISSAPOINTMENT IS THE MPG IS A BIT LOW.HOWEVER I WOULD GLADLY TRAVEL THAT DISTANCE IN THE FUTURE TO BUY FROM TOM AGAIN.HONEST,KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GENUINELLY A NICE PERSON.WE BOUGHT IT IN JULY 2025.I URGE PEOPLE TO TRAVEL TO SEE TOMS CARS THEY WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED.THERE WAS A SLIGHJT PROBLEM WITH TYRES LEAKING WHICH TOM PAID FOR RE-FURB OF TWO WHEELS TO STOP THE LEAK.

From being welcomed on our arrival to leaving with a new car Tom was wonderful to be with. Fully shown around the car before taking a test drive where myself and son were able to fully examine and test everything on the car. Tom was able to complete all the paperwork for use so we were able to drive away that same morning. I have to say it was the most pleasant and friendly purchase of a car I've ever had. Will certainly look here first for my next Honda, thank you.

I had a great experience buying from Tom. His communication and responsiveness even while on holiday were top-notch. He was clear, honest, efficient, transparent and very easy to deal with. This will be the first place I look if I need to buy again and the only place I will recommend if I know someone looking to buy a car.

I recently bought a Honda CRV from Tom at BMC Specialist Cars, and I am delighted with it. The car is in remarkable condition for its age, and was extremely well presented. Tom’s video on Autotrader was particularly helpful, and after chatting to him by telephone I was sure that this was the car I was looking for.Tom made the process painless, and very kindly collected me at the railway station (the train was unfortunately late, but Tom took this in his stride). He is extremely pleasant and easy to deal with, and has a wealth of knowledge about Hondas. He takes great care in selecting the cars he sells, and you can rest assured that they will be excellent examples. I travelled about 150 miles to buy mine, and it was well worth it. I can recommend Tom and BMC Specialist Cars unreservedly: if you are looking for a Honda, you won’t regret buying one from Tom.

I bought my Honda from Tom 3 years ago and it has been a brilliant buy. Unfortunately it was in an incident and been written off. Just waiting for the insurance company to pay and will hopefully find another Honda through Tom. When we purchased the vehicle he went through everything with us to make sure we were happy with the purchase and nothing was too much trouble. He also took our old vehicle in part exchange.
