Don’t bother asking sensible questions as all you’ll get is arrogant dismissive replies. Travelled to look at car and it was not as described. I voiced concerns about car and was treated as if I was the problem - almost like I should take what he says as the final word, hand over my money and clear off.

Unfortunately I have no recollection of any meeting with you as I do not know the car to which you are referring or your name. I have had no issues with any customers or anyone viewing a car that was not happy whether they purchased a car or not. I always try to leave any appointment on good terms no matter what the outcome maybe. My company goes to great lengths to try and to give accurate descriptions of its cars and we are possibly the only one that does videos that go around the car but also a test drive of the cars too. I do appreciate that when we are looking at cars that maybe ten years old it can be that customers have differing expectations of what that condition should be. I sincerely hope you find a car that matches your standards.

Definitely worth the 150 mile round trip to buy my 2015 Civic Sport. Car was in excellent condition and at a good price, as expected, having watched the review video on line. Tom was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Two months and 3000 miles down the line the car has been faultless. Will be visiting again to replace my wife's Jazz when the time comes.Thoroughly recommended!

Recently bought a CRV from BMC. The car was immaculately presented and Tom was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Overall a superb buying experience would 100% recommend. BMC will be my first port of call next time I need a car.

I am sorry if you felt that we had been rude in not replying to your email regarding the Honda Civic priced at £890. The email was sent to us whilst I was off work through illness and was unable to respond to any emails whether a trade sale like the car you contacted us about or our regular retail cars. I have since my return been trying to get through as many emails as I can to answer any questions customers may have had during my absence. Reviews are hugely important to our business and its reputation, so to receive one for this reason is clearly disappointing and certainly not in keeping with the way I run the business as other reviews will hopefully testify to. I was looking for a replacement Honda CR-V on a fairly limited budget. I rang BMC and spoke to Tom who was very pleasant and helpful. I arranged to drive up and see the car which was just over a two hour drive away. Tom was very welcoming and there was no used car salesman patter or pushiness. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and paid the deposit. Tom was very helpful and agreed to hold on to and store the car for a good few weeks until I could get up to collect it. I have now had the car for several months and more than happy with it. If someone is looking for a used Honda I would be more than happy to recommend BMC, even more confidence inspiring when they all seem to drive the make of vehicle that they sell. That shows confidence in the product. Thank you.

Tom Is amazing in what he does he is always honest and on point I have purchased a nice CRV from him it turns out that clutch is a little bit heavy worn he has helped me financially to replace the clutch for new set . If you need a new car I would highly recommend BMC cars they are great .

horrible experience with this seller. I’m asking about car and how he can assure me that everything will be fine and he was upset about that and refused to speak with customer. He is in business more than 20 years but I didn’t notice that.:(((

It does seem ironic that your claim that our reviews were fake and by family members only thirty seconds into my first ever call with you, that you now use this facility to vent your anger. I will always be upset by anyone making that unfounded claim as it is demonstrably untrue. I can only hope that despite your best efforts that most people will see this 'review' for what it is and I will continue to work hard and to try and offer the best service I can for my current and future customers. But I will not tolerate behaviour like yours even at the risk of a poor review.

I recently purchased a Honda Civic Tourer from BMC and the experience , as others have said, was excellent. I had watched a number of the YouTube videos and Tom’s detailed run through of the vehicles was comprehensive, and I could clearly see only top notch vehicles are sold. Dealing with Tom was an absolute pleasure, he gave a fair part ex value for our 12.5 year old Jazz and the Civic was exactly as described, condition superb. At no point was anything rushed, he clearly explained the various functions of the car and sorted out the registration/tax as well. Buying a car can often be stressful and you end up dealing with shifty salesmen..not in this case, Tom is a gentlemen to deal with. If you’re after a used Honda/Lexus, then BMC is the place to go!
