I had a great experience buying from Tom. His communication and responsiveness even while on holiday were top-notch. He was clear, honest, efficient, transparent and very easy to deal with. This will be the first place I look if I need to buy again and the only place I will recommend if I know someone looking to buy a car.

I recently bought a Honda CRV from Tom at BMC Specialist Cars, and I am delighted with it. The car is in remarkable condition for its age, and was extremely well presented. Tom’s video on Autotrader was particularly helpful, and after chatting to him by telephone I was sure that this was the car I was looking for.Tom made the process painless, and very kindly collected me at the railway station (the train was unfortunately late, but Tom took this in his stride). He is extremely pleasant and easy to deal with, and has a wealth of knowledge about Hondas. He takes great care in selecting the cars he sells, and you can rest assured that they will be excellent examples. I travelled about 150 miles to buy mine, and it was well worth it. I can recommend Tom and BMC Specialist Cars unreservedly: if you are looking for a Honda, you won’t regret buying one from Tom.

I bought my Honda from Tom 3 years ago and it has been a brilliant buy. Unfortunately it was in an incident and been written off. Just waiting for the insurance company to pay and will hopefully find another Honda through Tom. When we purchased the vehicle he went through everything with us to make sure we were happy with the purchase and nothing was too much trouble. He also took our old vehicle in part exchange.

Had such a fantastic experience with Tom @ BMC Specialist cars.. He's an honest, genuine, top bloke. Bought my 2017 Honda HR-V roughly a month ago from him.. And couldn't be happier with the car. Would highly recommend buying a car from him to anyone. Great cars in stock too and fantastic service A*****

I had been looking for an automatic Honda CRV for a few months and couldn't find anything local to me. I decided to look further afield and I'm so glad I did.Tom was really helpful and not pushy at all. I took the car out for a relaxed test drive and decided to purchase the car.Tom explained that he had noticed a couple of issues with the car so asked me to postpone collecting it so that he could get it sorted.It took a couple of weeks to find and sort out the problem and when I went to collect the car Tom gave me a bunch of flowers to apologise for the delay.Tom went over and above in helping to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely buy from BMC again. Very pleased with my car.Thank you, Tom

Buying a new or used car is always stressful but Tom was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, even assisting with the online forms so that we could drive away in our "new" car. I am glad that we took the trouble of driving a hundred miles to buy from BMC. Highly recommended. Thank you.

First class from start to finish. Tom is one of the most knowledgeable and honest blokes I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Brilliant from the moment I arrived to test drive the car, to the moment I drove off, even picking me up from the station as my car was already sold privately. Recently purchased a Honda CR-V from Tom.The car was immaculately presented, the pictures did not do it justice. Tom was very friendly and clearly had a vast amount of knowledge which shows in the cars that he sources.We will definitely use Tom again when we are looking for another car.

Probably the best used car dealer I have ever bought a car from. Tom is extremely knowledgeable, personable and allowed me all the time I wanted to check the car owner. The Honda was exactly as described in the description and the video.However, the most important part is that I had a minor problem a couple of weeks after buying the car. Tom could not have been more helpful and accommodating and did everything to resolve the issue a swiftly and conveniently as he good. A truly excellent dealer that deserves all the good reviews. When I buy another car I will look at BMC as my first choice.

The best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Great communication from my first contact with Tom. I travelled all the way from Aberdeen for a beautiful Honda CRV. What Tom doesn’t know about Hondas isn’t worth knowing. Fantastic to deal with.
